    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;Bibhu,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The BIOs setting should be available when you restart your computer.&amp;nbsp; Looks for some way to get into your BIOs setup during the first couple of seconds after restart.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Each computer vendor does it differently.&amp;nbsp; But typical choices are: F1, F2, DEL, CTRL-S, ESC, or one of several other key strokes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As for your second question...       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;DIV&gt; &lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Hi,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am using Windows XP and I am connected to 5485EVB using BDM Parallel.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I got the error cannot initialize BDM device.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I looked at the troubleshooting page of the CF Flasher Help.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I didn't understand the first 2 points.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;1)How do I check the BIOS settings for the parallel port?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;2) I do not know where to get the patch to turn off the parallel port plug and play scanning "feature".&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Bibhu&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
