We are automated programmer maker, Leap Electronic.

Calcomp mx would like to use our programmer to program MCF5281CVM66.

Could you please send us the programming spec?

It should include the following information.

1. The connecting diagram and instruction for the programming, included I/O pin, POWER pin, CLK pin.

2. AC/DC electrical specifications and timing for programming.

3. How to enter the programming mode process and the timing.

4. The flow and the timing for the function of Erase, Program, Read, and Protect.

5. The memory map, Option and Config for the programming.

6. The simple program for the programming.

Hi,

There is no dedicated MCF528x Flash programming spec.

Please refer attached <Standard Software CFM Driver> about MCF528x product internal Flash programming.
