Have you bothered to ask Google? Have you tried all of the suggestions that you get when typing that error message into a browser? Lots of suggestions like "running in comparability mode" and so on:

https://www.makeuseof.com/how-to-fix-the-this-app-cant-run-on-your-pc-error-in-windows-10/

I just tried that on my computer. It is WAY too old for that. It looks like a DOS program! Windows can't even get proper "Properties" from it.

The Readme in the archive includes the line:

These files are Copyright (C) 1990-1994 by Scott Howard

I wouldn't expect 20 year old software to run on Windows 10.

Modern Windows is 64 bit. that old stuff mightn't even be 32-bit as those were the "16 bit days".

You might need a laptop running Windows 95. Or a virtual machine running old Windows or DOS. But then you'll probably get driver an I/O access problems.

Tom

Hi,

Please refer BD32 user guide and suggest to use "MS DOS emulator" to execute the BD32 application.

Wish it helps.

Best regards,
