SDRAM configuration in Coldfire MCF54415

Hello,

I have DDR2 SDRAM 64Mx8 chip interfaced with the MCF5441X Coldfire processor. I am trying to find an example that configures DDR2 SDRAM controller in a coldfire processor and also copy memory from FLASH to SDRAM. Any help/ suggestion is much appreciated.

Hi,

I would recommend customer to refer related thread at here.

Customer could refer MCF5441x validation code about DDR2 controller module initialization code with [DDR2] project.

Related code located at <modelo_ddr2.c> file with [configure_ddr_memory] function and [ddr2_mem_configuration] function.

About copy Flash data to DDR2 memory, customer could refer example code at <startup.c> with [startup] function (Move initialized data from ROM to RAM. ).
