Hello,

I am looking for an example Firmware for MCF54415 that uses CS0 pin within Flexbus to access External Flash(16 bits 4MB). Secondly, I have to copy the data from FLASH to Internal SDRAM. Any suggestion/help is appreciated.

Ten years ago, yes.

It was available from the usual sources, but is now "obsolete":

Development boards are only available when a device is new, as that's when everybody starts developing with it.

The following page has a graph on it showing the development board went from EOL to Obsolete half way through 2013:

If you could get that board it wouldn't help. It plugs into a "TOWER" system, so you'd need the rest of that as well. Then all the tools are the same age and not very available.
