If it doesn't then there may need to be "some assembly required" in order to define an appropriate set of header files to suit the peripherals on that specific CPU model.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DJJ, do you have the debug pod hardware there for this chip? If not, then getting one might be the next challenge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

The MC68F375 is supported by CodeWarrior for 68K.
