There is more 1 byte than the number of bytes of the data which transmitted soon after having changed it to a local loopback mode and receives it.

What? No idea what you're talking about. Which PERIPHERAL in the MC68360? Give some technical details about what you're doing and seeing.

There are MC68360 two to the card which I designed.

It is the slave side that abnormality occurs.

Peripheral is

・ SCC1
・ UART setting

There's still nothing in your post that anyone could possibly answer.

Try reading your own post, and read it as if you're someone else, and you don't know what hardware you've got, what you're doing or what your problem is. Then rewrite your post to describe your problem completely to that person.
