where we have to register ISR for UART.

Is there any specific vector.

well, you should really check the reference manual for your processor, under the 'interrupt module' section, but on my proc (MCF5213), the uart0 interrupt vector is #13: ICR13, and IMR13. hope that helps, but take a look at the reference manual
