I know that I read this somewhere but I can't find the reference for it.

A portion of the internal RAM is made non-volatile through the use of a battery connected to vstby.

I remember reading it somewhere. Does anyone know if it is the upper half or lower half that is retained?

Where is the reference for this information?

I am designing another product that may need to use this feature.

Thanks.
