USBDM JM60 HCS12 Programmer - detection problem

Hi!

I'm pretty new to Freescale MCUs and just got my first BDM; a "Freescale USBDM" from eBay based on the MC9S08JM60 MCU.

I managed to download, detect and install the drivers for it "USBDM_Drivers_4_12_3_Win_x64", which was pretty straight forward following the instructions from the USBDM: USB Driver Installation page.

However, after I installed the "USBDM_4_10_6_250a_Win" package and opened the HCS12 programmer, my BDM is not being detected - "Select BDM: [No devices Found].

Any hints to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Fixed it. For some reason, I had downloaded an older USBDM software package that didn't match the device or driver version.
This thread may be deleted.
