BDM working well before I erase all block. After I use BDM command to do erase all block,BDM will not response any command even SYNC command(BKGD LOW for a while) Will wrong BDM command cause no response to SYNC ? Is the chip secured? no response to SYNC in secured mode?

Thanks for your attention. Now I found the chip has no 5v output. Before I take the experiment I power the chip by 12v and it generate 5v on its vddx pin but now it's gone. I don't know why.
