    <description>&lt;P&gt;The supply input to our inverter is a maximum of 270V DC at 100A (Not 200A as aforementioned)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our &lt;STRONG&gt;High Side Source Terminal (Vs)&lt;/STRONG&gt; is at about &lt;STRONG&gt;240v&lt;/STRONG&gt;. So , in order to turn on our MOSFETs, we need our &lt;STRONG&gt;High Side Gate Drive Terminal (Vg)&lt;/STRONG&gt; to be atleast at &lt;STRONG&gt;243.5 V&lt;/STRONG&gt;, in order to have a &lt;STRONG&gt;Vgs= Vg- Vs of &amp;gt;=3.5V.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Hence, we are looking for compatible Gate Drivers (Either Single- Channel or Three-Phase Drivers), with serial communication ports and MATLAB Support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The GD3000 has clock ports and serial communication ports which are compatible with NXP’s MATLAB Simulink Blocks. We want a gate driver which has the same amount of compatibility as GD3000 with MATLAB.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am not sure I understand correctly what are your requirements.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What gate current and voltage capability does your application require? If the GD3000 does not meet your needs, I am afraid we cannot offer other 3-phase gate driver ICs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the recent years we focused primarily on advanced single-channel, galvanically isolated gate drivers for SiC MOSFETs &amp;amp; IGBTs such as the &lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/products/power-management/motor-and-solenoid-drivers/powertrain-and-engine-control/advanced-single-channel-gate-driver-for-insulated-gate-bipolar-transistors-and-silicon-carbide-mosfets:GD3100" target="_self"&gt;GD3100&lt;/A&gt; or &lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/products/power-management/motor-and-solenoid-drivers/powertrain-and-engine-control/advanced-single-channel-high-voltage-isolated-automotive-gate-driver-for-sic-mosfets-igbts:GD3160" target="_self"&gt;GD3160&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
