      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jeff,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After&amp;nbsp;a follow-up question&amp;nbsp;it was determined that the customer was asking for Rthja/Rthjc information. Attached is a spreadsheet to calculate Rthja and Rthjc for die and die plus pcb that will show thermal performance of the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also included the ppap and CZ data related to die temp.
