    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, we get very poor support for technical questions about the products, either in the public forum or in private.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NXP engineers respond very late and their answers are very superficial.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We work with other flagship chip manufacturers and they are really quick to respond and their answers are solution oriented.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When we talk to colleagues in other companies who are using NXP products in other projects in the UK, they have the same problem with NXP. I and they think you are very inadequate in this regard compared to other companies you compete with in the sector.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you aware of this problem?&lt;BR /&gt;Are you taking any steps to solve this problem?&lt;BR /&gt;What different solutions do you propose for your customers who are experiencing this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Akif&lt;/P&gt;</description>
