How to fill in the labels?

I do not know how to fill in the labels when I want to post a new questions?

Labels will appear in a list under a new post just if those are available under the forum selected.

example under i.MX Forums.

HI:

Finally,I chose the other item for the "Select Location " combo box menu (MPC5XXX -> other) , because I could not find the better solution.
