[Feature Request] RSTP support for RT1180 on Zephyr

Dear all,

After checking with NXP Customer Application Support, I was ask to post a feature request here.

We are working on an application with the RT1180 platform on Zephyr. For our application, we need RSTP support to accommodate IP traffic in an Ethernet ring configuration.

An open source solution under a permissive license would be the best fit for our use case.

Please let me know if you need additional details.
