Support plan for S32K344 Internal flash memory control feature

Hi,
I am developing a project using the MR_CANHUBK3 evaluation board.
I recently realized that Zephyr's NXP HAL does not support internal flash memory control.
Could you share any plans for adding support for internal flash memory control on the S32K3 chipset?

Thank you so much for your interest in our products and for using our community.

There is no internal plan of a new release. Sorry for the inconvenient.

Auto Zephyr has 2 versions: downstream (Flexera) and upstream (github). The downstream version has the latest version of CD4 as in Apr/23. It can be found in S32K3 Reference Software package:

The upstream version has been included in the Zephyr community in Sep/23 and maintained by Zephyr community since then. Upstream Zephyr version 4.0.0 shall be published on 15/Nov/24.
