RW612 SDK - WPL_Join(), wlan_connect() not const-correct

In the RW612 SDK (v2.16.1), some of the function APIs are as follows:

wpl_ret_t WPL_Join(char *label); int wlan_connect(char *name); int wlan_connect_opt(char *name, bool skip_dfs);

These functions should not take a "char *" argument, but instead a "const char *" argument; the strings "label" and "name" are not modified by any of these functions. Declaring these as non-const prevents using a const char * label as a parameter to wlan_connect() and by extension WPL_Join(), since the latter calls the former. The above API functions should instead be declared as:

wpl_ret_t WPL_Join(const char *label); int wlan_connect(const char *name); int wlan_connect_opt(const char *name, bool skip_dfs);
