Taplinx SDK Package Disabled by mistake

I'm encountering an issue while integrating NFC reading functionality into our app using the TapLinx SDK.

During the SDK download process for our app with package name (sa.nusuk.operatorsapp), we inadvertently disabled the app associated with this package.

Unfortunately, this action now prevents us from creating a new app with the same package name or restoring the original package.

After this action I've read that it cannot be recovered, but really what If someone else has reserved a package I'm using in production? Is there really no way to recover it?

The app is under review in google play, we're expecting to go live in 4 days, and now we really cannot afford to change the package name.

What solutions do you suggest?
