&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much for your interest in our products and for using our community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You are correct, I have seen that in our demos we almost always offer the same control techniques:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;FOC supports sensorless and sensored mode (Encoder).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;6-step commutation supports sensorless and sensored mode (HALL).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In general, you can customize and optimize the SW according to your needs. S32M276SFFRD HW will allow you to perform such change, but not both sensors at the same time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is more documentation about &lt;EM&gt;position estimation based on Hall sensor&lt;/EM&gt; in the following thread:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, we are looking for an application similar to the three applications in the software package "&lt;SPAN class="item-signpost"&gt;Application Example Software" (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="meta-item"&gt;Rev 1.1,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="meta-item"&gt;Feb 11, 2025&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="meta-item"&gt;) given on the product page of&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;S32M276SFFRD under "Software.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have the following requirements:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;FOC motor control&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hall sensor feedback&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As per our understanding, the application with FOC doesn't support HALL, and the application with HALL support uses Trapezoidal Control. Kindly help us on how to use these two together.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any help would be highly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;
