&lt;P&gt;Have you try to debug the demo projects in SDK?&lt;BR /&gt;I can debug hello_world_s32k144 with onboard OpenSDA and external PE Multilink without issue.&lt;BR /&gt;Would you please compare the debug configuration between your project and these demos?&lt;/P&gt;
