Cannot load EB tresos studio (24.0.1)

I installed EB tresos studio(24.0.1) and it is not loading. When gui is opened it always showing Loading. When I closed the tool it showing some Error " java was started but returned with exit code ==1".

Re installed EB tresos many times but could not solve the issue.

As feedback from our marketing team, you're a member of Sumitomo Electronic Wiring Systems / S32K14 account, and your company one has licenses for SW32K14-MCAL401x only which is using EB TS version 21.0.0. You haven't had a personal account yet.

May I ask why do you need the 24.0.1 for?

I facing the same issue.

But my MCAL is S32K14X_MCAL4_2_RTM_1_0_3. EB version is 23.0.0.
