some questions about SCST library?

Hi.

I download SCST library package from NXP site and there are some question for me:

A. in The RM of the S32K1xx, in the clock distribution section, the following circumstance for clock source in LPIT is given:

and in SCST User Manual, the following clock source is selected:

the RM of s32k1xx says maximum frequency for LPIT should be maximum 56MHz in HSRUN mode(BUS CLK), but SCST user manual use LPIT with 112MHZ !!

B. in SCST user manual the supported devices are listed:

e.g. if s32k146 or s32k142 be use, it(SCST user manual timing and other stuff like MISRA report, Code Coverage, safety documents , ...) is valid yet?

C. is there two different library which one is free and other one is commercial and should be purchase?

or One SCST library code in *.s format is available and two different analysis are performed on them and two documents is ready?
