Do you use your own project or example project?

Can you share the .srec file and linker file of the project which does not work?

You can check if the application is correctly loaded in the flash memory in the S32DS menu -> Window -> Show view -> Memory before the jump to the application.

Do you have S32K148?

hello, I used the example code, and now i have solved the problem.

Because the .srec file is not 8byte aligned which created by the S32DS, one must change the file 8byte aligned like use hex-view software.
