HI,

i use the s32k146MCU,the IDE is S32DS for ARM 2018 R1

i find something :

when my clock set follow the jpg1 ,then the MCU is ok ,it can run not any bug;

but , when i set follow jpg2

set jpg2 ,sometime it can run ,sometime it can't run .

the different from the two set , the SLOW_CLK not same. But ,i fine when the SLOW_CLK=12.5MHZ,

the I/O from 0 to 1,or from 1 to 0,it need 400ns ,it's to slow ,i want more fast than 400ns.

And ,my other set follow the jpg3 and jpg4

At first, you can try to set the clock at maximum frequency:

Related to the settings of SPLL, please, follow the RM.

thanks reply ,i am so sorry ,i have no saw this about the CORE_CLK and SYS_CLK maxvalue is 80MHZ before today.

but ,now ,how can i set CORE_CLK and SYS_CLK to 80MHZ.

Hi,

Yes, that is why the best way is to start with RM, current version 12.1:

The CORE and SYS clock is the same, it is set correctly.

Also, you can set SLOW_CLK to "SPLL_CLK/6" to reach a higher frequency.

Or you can consider switching to HSRUN mode to reach higher frequencies, but I do not know your application requirements (this mode has some limitations).
