Hello ,

Today I found a problem ablout S32K146 device security.

if the WRITE_PROTECTION flag has been set, then Key can't be erased, CSEc keys saved in EEPROM backup area, then Erase all Blocks command can't be executed.

so how to remove security to unsecurity except backdoor key method?

and at the same time, debugger can't remove the security to unsecurity?

Hello,

Unfortunately, if the keys cannot be removed because of the protection, the MCU cannot be mass-erased and unlocked.

As you said, it could be done using the backdoor key, but it would need to be implemented in the application first.
