S32K148的QuadSPI接外部Flash，能否接NAND Flash？还是只能接SPI-Nor Flash；同时容量能否>512Mb ？谢谢！

Hello George,

The size that the QSPI interface can handle is limited by available memory range dedicated for QSPI address space (6800_0000- 6FFF_FFFF) i.e.128Mbytes.

So, we still can use the QSPI interface of S32K146 to handle the external SPI Nor Flash with 128M bytes?

Hello George,

The S32K146 doesn't have a QSPI interface. This interface is only available on the S32K148.
