Using P&E Micro with S32K144 EVAL board

Has anyone been able to use Multilink FX (P&E Micro) to download and debug S32DS application on the S32K144 EVAL board?
I had no problem to use the tool with the S32K116 EVAL board, but with the 144 it simply terminates itself.
The messages I recorded are:

Connection closed by the GDB server.
monitor selectcore 0

or:
monitor set exception catching 2033
"monitor" command not supported by this target.
monitor preserve0 0
"monitor" command not supported by this target.
monitor preserve1 0
"monitor" command not supported by this target.
monitor preserve2 0
"monitor" command not supported by this target.
monitor trim 0
"monitor" command not supported by this target.
monitor partition 0
"monitor" command not supported by this target.
monitor preservepartition 1
"monitor" command not supported by this target.

I was able to download and debug the application using OpenSDA though.

Any help is appreciated

Hello, David

I was able to download and debug my S32K144-EVB on S32 Design Studio using a Multilink FX. Did you change the interface on the debug properties of your project to select the Multilink FX as shown below?

Are you connecting the external debugger through J14 to the EVB?

I tried with different evaluation boards and I'm still unable to reproduce the behavior you are mentioning. Could you please share a photo of how you are making the connections between the board and the debugger?
