      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Sr/ Mdm,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are using S32K146 and as per datasheet requirements:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NVM reliability specifications when using as Program and Data Flash (attached picture):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nnvmcycp Cycling endurance 1 K — — cycles 2, 3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does it mean that the maximum number of cycles per each Sector that NXP guarantee for this uC is 1K?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If we do more than 1K reflashing in a cycle test of code reflashing (same sectors), NXP doesn't guarantee the flash reliability after the 1K reflash? Even if&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;reflash is done&amp;nbsp;in a cycle test, thus, all of them during 1day?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance and best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eduard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
