&lt;P&gt;Does the red OSDA_LED D9 light up?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, OpenSDA may not work properly, which would prevent the onboard debugger from being used.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please check the voltage one by one according to the schematic diagram.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using an &lt;STRONG&gt;NXP S32K312MINI-EVB&lt;/STRONG&gt; board.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Initially, the board was powered ON and the LEDs were working, but the USB connection was not detected by Windows Device Manager.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I verified that the PEmicro driver is installed. Device Manager shows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jungo Connectivity → pemicrovincdrv&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tested the board with another PC and another USB connection, but the board was not detected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During troubleshooting, while the board was connected through USB, I removed the &lt;STRONG&gt;J19 and J20 jumpers&lt;/STRONG&gt;. The board LEDs turned OFF.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then put the jumpers back, but now the board does not power on when i tried to give power supply though USB . when I supply &lt;STRONG&gt;12 V through J1 only RGB led is ON.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to the S32K312MINI-EVB Hardware User Manual:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;USB-C J9 → J19 = 1–2, J20 = 1–2&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;12 V J1 → J19 = 2–3, J20 = 2–3&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have set J19/J20 accordingly, but the power LED remains OFF.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone please help me determine whether the board's power circuit may have been affected and which test points I should measure?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can provide photos of the board and voltage measurements at J23 (VBAT), J24 (VBST), J16 (P5V0), J17 (P3V3), and J27 (GND).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When powered by USB (J19 1-2, J20 1-2), pin 2 of J19 measures 12V, and pin 2 of J20 measures 5V. The red OSDA_LED on D9 is lit.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When powered externally by J1 (J19 2-3, J20 2-3), pin 2 of both J19 and J20 measures 12V. No LED is lit. In this case, an external debugger needs to be connected to J7 to download programs to the S32K312.&lt;/P&gt;
