This appears to be an application-level issue rather than a QSPI driver limitation. The RTD provides only generic drivers and example configurations, and adaptation to a specific external memory device is application-dependent.

Unfortunately we do not have a dedicated guide for configuring the driver for user-specific memories beyond the RTD documentation and examples, which should be used as the reference.

I am facing an erase timeout issue in the QSPI configuration while writing data to the W25Q64JVSSIQ external flash memory interfaced with the FRDM-A-S32K344 board using SDK/RTD version 7.0.1

The QSPI driver configuration generated in my project is different from the example reference configuration provided in the documentation. Could you please advise which settings need to be modified to match the example configuration and resolve the erase timeout issue?
