Bump for admin attention - License reset needed

Hi NXP team,

I'm following up on this issue as it's been over a day without a response. Adding this reply to bring it to your attention.

1.S32DS ARM v2.2 activation failed

2.Error message: "Your Software Activation Code is for another feature. Do you want to return it?"

3.After confirming return, it still won't activate

4.This PC was previously activated with someone else's account, which I no longer have access to

5.I have applied for a new Activation Code

6.The request.xml file is attached inside the zip in the original post

7.I need the old license binding cleared from the server side

Could you please help reset the license status for this machine? All necessary files and details are already in the first post.

Hi,

please try to activate S32DS again. I got a response from licensing team that the license issue has been fixed couple minutes ago.
