Our team is using the S32K312 MCU.
Can you provide MCAL for BSW RamTest and RomTest?

If not, I'd like to know if there are any similar functions within the MCU.
If you have any application guides, please let me know.

These modules are not part of the standard RTD package.

This functionality is a part of the S32 Safety Software Framework (SAF), which is a premium safety package offered by NXP:

Yes, it’s possible in S32DS:
Use Peripheral Configuration Tools in S32DS to set up MCAL RTD drivers.
Steps: Create a new project → open .mex file → configure peripherals.

Examples:
No direct High-Level Driver (HLD) examples for S32K312, but RTD includes examples for other S32K derivatives. These can serve as templates.
