Hi @ALXY_WANG1,

Some CMUs can be enabled by the MCU MCAL driver.

The driver calculates the thresholds automatically.

NXP provides the Safety Application Framework (SAF) for the S32K3xx series, which includes the following sCheck tests:

sCheck_CmuFcTest.c
sCheck_CmuFmTest.c

A development license for the full SAF version is available.

Hi @ALXY_WANG1,

Although the clock GUI has the following options (RTD 6.0.0):

the configurator does not generate code from it, so it is not supported.

Apart from the sCheck module in SAF conducting fault injection tests, are there any other methods to inject faults into the CMU? Could you provide relevant sample programs? The currently used MCU is S32K344.
