Our processor is S32K396. When using ADC, the following error occurred:
I have a total of 5 ADCs. Two of them use the channels 1 and 3 of the AD5 controller respectively. Occasionally, there will be abnormal data collection from channel 1. At this time, by measuring with a multimeter, there is voltage on the pins, but no values can be obtained. When channel 3 is shielded, channel 1 works normally.
The remaining 3 channels of ADC are each using a separate AD controller, and all are functioning properly.
The attachment contains the configuration of my AD5 components and the ADC acquisition code. Please take a look and let me know if there are any issues.
Thank you!

Hi,

unfortunately hard to suggest from your description and provided screenshot/code.
It would be great if you can share more about external circuitry, pins usage, ADC clocking and setting etc.
Generally, be sure ADCs are properly clocked and calibrated. Measured source impedance should be low enough. If not you can try to increase sampling time, at least for test. You can try to insert a dummy sample (e.g., VREFH) between problematic channels in your sequence, or try to use presampling option directly. If same pin is sampled by more ADCs, be sure it is not done at the same time.

BR, Petr
