The activation code is the latest - F5CF-8A53-B979-CD50. Offline activation was also attempted, but it didn't work either.

Hello,

Seems everything is OK from our side but you cannot connect to license flexnet server of Elektrobit.

Your license key is valid.

Please get in touch with Elektrobit support in order to resolve this issue.

Ale check the firewall, antivirus, etc if it is not blocking access to flexnet license server at your side. This is common issue.
