Example for S32K344 dual core operation with shared resource like lpspi.
what I am planning to do is create multi master SPI system where each core can be master of SPI bus with some mutex.

do you have nay such example?

Please check Rm examples in your S32K3 RTD. There's nothing more than those examples.

RM does not have example with multicore
