&lt;P&gt;I must admit that I have not tried analog readings on JTAG pins, since we do not have them available in the headers of our EVBs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also consider that at least these pins are connected to pull-up resistors for JTAG configuration.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In addition to the RTD examples, I recommend checking out the following examples:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>ADC initialization for S32K311 microcontroller</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any delay time required for ADC initialization?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because, on first ADC conversion, I am observing incorrect ADC values when I am giving a delay of less than 10ms where as when I am giving a delay of 10ms then the ADC values are correct.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am facing this issue for Pin PTA10 and PTC5 for above mentioned microcontroller where these were JTAG pin which are configured as GPIO pins&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
