[S32K148] No CLKOUT from SOSC_DIV2

My setup is not using SDK, but AutoSar package instead.

Now, I want to use CLKOUT pin(PTE-10) to monitor SOSC_DIV2 frequency, but failed.

(If monitor other clock outputs(FIRC, SIRC...), all are no problem, only SOSC, no output generated!)

My SCG registers setting shows below:

SIM registers setting as below:

So, from the Clocking diagram in S32K1xx user manual, I didn't find any mistake.

Could someone support me about this issue? Is there any other configuration I need to check?

Hello,

I'm using S32K148EVB. I tried to set the same clock settings as you and I can measure the SOSCDIV_2 on PTE10 pin without any problem. I attached the simple test code. Please, could you try it on your side?

but unfortunately I'm facing another show stopper issue mentioned by another question. "https://community.nxp.com/thread/515788"

My EVB cannot flash and debug since yesterday...

Could you kindly give me some support how could I fix it first?
