Hi @f-nelson,

Could you provide more information on what CMSIS software you are looking for? The RTD package provide the headers inside the S32K3XX.h file. Please refer to this post: CMSIS for S32K3 - NXP Community.

Hi @DanielYJHsieh,

We do not provide a standalone CMSIS package for the S32K3 family. I think CMSIS originally comes from Keil, and Keil has stopped support of S32K3, but you can still download the deprecated CMSIS pack: Arm Keil | NXP S32K312.
