Dear NXP.

For S32K312 GPIO Wakeup, I downloaded the S32K344_GPIO_Wkup_S32DS_3_5_RTD_4_0_0_LLD project from the link below.

https://community.nxp.com/t5/S32K-Knowledge-Base/RTD400-amp-500-MCAL-amp-IP-S32K3-Low-Power-Management-AN-and/ta-p/1993152

In that project, under POWER → ModeSettingConf → McuModeSettingConf_SocStandby, there is a setting for Peripheral Clock Enable.
Could you tell me which items must be enabled if I only want to use the WKPU function of the GPIO port?

For example, LPCMP and PIT_0 don’t seem necessary — can I uncheck them?

Best Regards,

Sean Sung

Hi@ssean

"WKPU" must be checked. For the new RTD version, such as RTD 6.0.0, the MSCM must also be checked, otherwise it will enter hardfault error.
