hello:

have a question about numbers of the mailbox.

for 32k1XX's flexcan, the total number of MBs will be different when payload sizes are different. it's described that MAXMB bits in Module Configuration register (MCR)must programmed with a value smaller than or equal to the number of available message buffers. if MAXMB is programmed with a value bigger than the number of available message buffers, what will happen? for example, use a 32-byte playload but set the MAXMB to 32.

There is no need to discuss this. The FlexCAN module does not have such a large SRAM space. Your access is out of bounds and you are accessing a non-existent address space.
