Dear Sir:

We are a third-party programmer manufacturer, and we already support code flash and data flash block programming.

We have a customer who wants to program the UTEST block (0x1B00_0000~x1B00_1FFF).

Are there any programming documents (programming process and method) for reference?

Is the programming method the same as code flash and data flash?

Thanks

Hi @gary_yang

You can take a look at this document, section "3.5. UTEST sector". This will probably answer most of your questions:
https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=AN13388&location=null

I would like to highlight: It's OTP memory which can't be erased. Some areas are reserved, some areas are used for device configuration, some areas are reserved for customer/application usage.

As mentioned in the application note, see S32K3xx_DCF_client.xlsx attached inside S32K3 reference manual. There's sheet "UTEST Memory Map" which describes the content.

Regards,
Lukas
