dear support.

the customer used the version of the gptp is 0.9.0，the S32K324 as master, sometimes S32K324 sends PeerDelayRq package. but the PC (Slave) can't respond the PeerDelayRq package. why should master send PeerDelayRq package?

could you please share more info about the setup used?

E.g., which EVB you're using, what is the counter-device (I guess Linux PC w/ ptp4l?), if there is any switch in between of EVB and PC, maybe a simple schematics of the setup incl. MAC addresses and gPTP roles configured.

Hello janglos,
The hardware board is customers. there is a switch between PC and board.
The customer later reported that it was manually turned off the PeerDelayRq package.

do I understand correctly that the issue is already resolved? Please confirm.

Please note that NXP gPTP stack (or other IEEE 802.1as implementation) must be operated and correctly configured on each switch in the network for proper functionality.
