Hi All,

I just want to know where I can get NXP S32K148 bootloader file (*.rbf)? Who can share with this, thank you!

Unfortunately, there isn't an RBF bootloader file for the S32K148 device. You can find the S32K144.rbf if you installed the RAppIDBL:

Another option for bootloader for the S32K are the AN12218 and the AN12323 application notes:
