The first batch of chips we used was DC24+, and the software verified a static current of 80uA.
However, after using the DC23+batch of chips, it was found through software verification that the static current exceeded the standard by 100-800uA.
Software verification: Whether all pin configurations of the software are reasonable and meet the requirements of our product design during sleep.
ABA testing was conducted to verify that there is a problem with the DC23+chip, and abnormal phenomena follow DC23+.
The software configuration has been preliminarily checked for issues.
What are the factors causing this? Is there any change involved in the DC23+chip? Is there a possibility of incompatibility? Please help confirm, thank you.
