When executing SPI transmission instructions step by step (reading and writing the register values of the DRV8718), the program runs normally. However, when executing instructions continuously, the program crash.

Could anyone give me a hint?

Could you please provide the set of configurations of the SPI driver along with the version of your Design Studio and RTD? This information will allow me to recreate your SPI transmission scenario and thoroughly review the potential cause of the issue.

We always recommend working with the latest versions of the software and tools, as newer versions often address unexpected bugs and behaviors. Therefore I provide an SPI example for the S32K344 compatible with Design Studio 3.5 and RTD 5.0.0: Example S32K344 SPI Transmit & Receive Using DMA DS3.5 RTD500.
