&lt;P&gt;Regarding your question, the answer is no.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;V25 is the internally generated Flash memory supply. This reference voltage must not be used or connected to other interfaces in the application.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please refer to &lt;EM&gt;Hardware Design Guidelines for S32K3xx Microcontrollers&lt;/EM&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;
