During the time of installation i got error which can not be solve using any way that i tried ,

For S32K3 FreeRTOS version 2.0.3 you also need S32 Design Studio IDE v3.4 Update 3. This update include the item you need.

You can found it in S32K3 page -> Design Resources -> Software -> S32K3 Standard Software -> Automotive SW - S32K3 - S32 Design Studio -> Previous:

Then install it in S32DS -> Help -> Install New Software
