Unable to Install NXP GCC for ARM Embedded Processors v10.2 (Build 1728) in S32 Design Studio v3.4

I am facing an issue while installing required packages in S32 Design Studio v3.4. The installation is failing because the default package NXP GCC for ARM Embedded Processors v10.2 (Build 1728) cannot be installed. Though it is written it is an optional package but still it is being downloaded once I click on install on any required package. This is preventing the setup of other necessary components.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Any guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
